Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Royal Gavara Balija Naidu Matrimony, we strive to provide the best matrimonial services to our members. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Membership Payments

All payments made towards Premium or Assisted Membership plans are non-refundable once the service is activated.

Memberships are activated immediately after successful payment and profile upgrade.
2. Cancellation by User

If you choose to cancel your membership, you may do so by contacting our support team.

However, cancellation does not qualify for a refund under any circumstances once services have been initiated or accessed.
3. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)

In case of auto-renewing subscriptions, you will be notified prior to renewal.

You may cancel auto-renewal any time before the billing cycle. No refunds will be processed once the payment is made.
4. Service Issues or Complaints

If you believe the service was not delivered as committed, you may raise a formal request to support@royalbalijanaidumatrimony.com.

Our team will investigate and respond within 3–5 working days. However, refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded after internal verification, usually within 7–10 business days.
6. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds will only be considered under exceptional conditions such as:

Technical error resulting in duplicate transactions

Payment deducted but membership not activated

Discretionary approval by management due to service failure
